1. What we collect
When you fill out our form, we collect: your name, your trade, your phone number, your city or service area, and (if you choose to share it) your business name. That's it. We don't collect payment info through this site, and we don't run hidden trackers to profile you.
2. What we use it for
One thing: responding to your request and, if you become a client, building your website and delivering your leads. We reply by text or WhatsApp because that's how this industry works. We do not use your info for anything unrelated to your request.
3. Text & WhatsApp messages
By submitting the form, you agree to receive text or WhatsApp messages from LeadsIncluded about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we stop messaging you — no questions, no retry.
4. We don't sell your data
Ever. Your contact info is not sold, rented, or shared with marketers. Ironically, we're the ones who know exactly what a phone number is worth — which is why yours stays with us.
5. Who else touches the data
The service providers we need to operate: website hosting, form processing, and text messaging services. They process your info on our behalf and can't use it for their own purposes. We may also use basic, aggregate analytics (like visit counts) that don't identify you personally.
6. How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request or serve you as a client. Want your info deleted? Text us or email hello@leadsincluded.com and ask — we'll confirm when it's done.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what info we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to end texts. No account, no login, nothing to cancel.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site instead of hiding it.
